Down To Earth Landscaping is looking for a responsible and skilled Crew Leader to join our team in Columbus, GA!
A few things we're looking for:
Valid driver's license.
Previous landscape experience.
Plan, organize and supervise the work of crews on specific jobs.
Supervises the use, care, and operation of landscape equipment.
Verifies the work of assigned employees for accuracy, proper work methods, techniques, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications; ensures adherence to safe work practices and procedures.
Requirements:
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
Bilingual preferred. Not required.
